Hi, I’m Komet — a 4-year-old German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix weighing about 65 pounds of love.

I’m the kind of dog who can match your vibe. Want to run around, play, and be silly? I’m your guy. Want to stay in, relax, and cuddle all day? I’m also your guy. I love being around people and getting attention—especially ear scratches and belly rubs (those are my favorite).

I’ve got a bit of a goofy side too. I love my toys, and when I get really happy, I’ll even smile—yes, a real smile

I’m a smart boy and already know commands like sit, stay, shake, heel, and I can even walk between your legs! I’m fully potty trained and have done great with crate training in the past, though I haven’t needed one in a long time.

I get along great with other dogs, cats, and kids. I’m gentle and patient—even when little ones are still learning how to be gentle themselves. I’ll bark to let you know someone’s around, but once I know everything’s okay, I settle right down.

My story started a little rough—I was rescued as a puppy from a situation where I wasn’t safe, and I had some trouble walking back then. But look at me now—I run, jump, and play just like any other dog!

My ideal home would have a little space for me to stretch my legs, but I’m also totally used to hanging out inside and relaxing. Mostly, I just want a family who will love me and let me be part of their world
