Meet Murphy, a true gentleman with a puppy heart! This two-year-old, seventy-five-pound Goldendoodle is moderate energy and deeply people-oriented. He isn't bothered by the everyday sounds of city living — hallway neighbors, nearby apartment noise, you name it — remarkably chill and laid-back for such a big young dog.

Murphy is very comfortable with new people and kids, and neutral but polite and gentle with other dogs when approached on walks. He's been wonderful with guests so far. He's potty trained, good on a leash, and knows sit, paw, come, and bring.

His days are full of walks, playtime, rest, and quality one-on-one and family time. He loves a good game of tug-of-war or fetch, and chewing on his favorite knotted rope. He needs to stay both physically and mentally active, and thrives with plenty of attention and engagement as he continues discovering city life.

Murphy would do best as an only dog and is a great fit for apartment living, thriving in a moderate-activity household. He'd make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a large, affectionate dog who can happily join in the fun and then settle down beside you afterward — he's got that rare combination of playful puppy energy and a wonderfully calm presence.
