Just one week ago, DeeDee could barely be recognized beneath the layers of painful mats, filth, and neglect covering her body. We can only imagine how uncomfortable and miserable she must have been.

But today? Look at her.

Once all of those mats were shaved away and she could finally feel clean, comfortable, and free, something beautiful happened... DeeDees spirit came back.

Her playful side has emerged, and this sweet girl is absolutely loving life! She enjoys running and playing outside, but when playtime is over, she is more than happy to curl up and soak up all the cuddles she can get. She is affectionate, happy, and so incredibly grateful for the simple things most dogs take for granted.

DeeDee has been given a new lease on life, and we cannot wait to see just how beautiful she becomes—inside and out. With good nutrition, proper care, and a whole lot of love, that gorgeous silky coat will grow back, and this girl is going to be stunning.

DeeDee has her spay appointment scheduled for August 11 and will be available for adoption once she has recovered. She is up-to-date on her vaccines and microchipped.
