ROXY - Golden Retriever and German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in Marietta, Georgia

Meet Roxy! This beautiful girl was adopted from the shelter a year ago, but sadly found herself back on 9/1 after her owner’s landlord said she could no longer stay. Her former owner shared that Roxy is house-trained and good with children. Poor Roxy is understandably confused and frightened to be back in the loud, overwhelming shelter. She has been hiding in the back of her kennel, unsure of what happened to her loving home and family. But underneath that fear is a true sweetheart! Volunteers say Roxy sits nicely when asked and is eager to please. If you have a soft spot for the shy ones who need a little extra love and reassurance, please come meet Roxy. She deserves a second chance at a forever home.

Roxy is approximately 5.5 years old and weighs 61 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, has been spayed and microchipped, and did test negative for heartworms. Roxy is waiting patiently in kennel 879; her ID # is 9327.
