TED is the sweetest boy who just enjoys life! He loves going for walks, exploring his surroundings, meeting new people and dogs, and showing off his signature grass somersaults! Hes playful, curious, affectionate, and always happy to be wherever his people are.

At 6 months, Ted is a wonderful age—he's past the worst of the puppy chewing, knows where to go to the bathroom, and is a smart boy who really wants to do the right thing. He learns quickly, is easy to redirect, and walks nicely on a leash. He loves attention and playtime and would love to have human or canine playmates! Hes also sweet with small children and loves to stretch out beside you for a good nap. Ted sleeps soundly all night on his dog bed, which he prefers over being in a kennel.

Ted has come an incredible distance in a short time. When he arrived, he needed a lot of TLC for his skin and coat, but he is healing beautifully and his gorgeous fur is growing back quickly. He's going to be one handsome boy when that beautiful coat fills in!

Ted is a wonderful companion and is ready for a family who will continue helping him learn, give him plenty of love and adventure, and appreciate his silly, affectionate personality!

ADOPTING A DOG
Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).

If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.

We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
