Skimmer came to KARE from the south and has tested positive for Heartworm. She is about a month into her treatment which should be complete in 4-5 months. She likes to play with some dogs but gets overly aroused. She needs to be quiet and relaxed during her treatment so a home with no other pets would be best for her. Cats are a no go because they are so fun to chase. She is foster to adopt so that KARE can cover her medical treatment.
