Meet Phoebe!
Pheobe is a 4 year old female German Shepherd Dog who is ready for adoption. She will be 5 in January, 2027. Pheobe is spayed and is up to date with all vaccinations. She is very healthy and weighs 28 kg.
Phoebe is very well trained and obedient. She knows many commands and could learn more. She is very intelligent. She is an energetic dog and will need a home with lots of motivation to work with her. Pheobe likes to work! A home in the country would be preferable, and a family with German Shepherd experience is a must.
Phoebe currently lives is a home with a young child and a cat. Phoebe is very cat friendly and excellent with young children. Pheobe has good recall.
Phoebe is excellent with dogs off leash and goes to the off-leash park often. On leash, she has some reactivity towards dogs (barking) but quickly works out of it, and she is able to walk nicely with dogs after a proper introduction. With motivation from an experienced owner and continued socialization, it is expected that she will improve.
