Sage is a beautiful German Shepherd mix dog who is about 1.5 years old with a tender heart and a quiet spirit. While some puppies charge into the world without a second thought, Sage prefers to take his time, carefully observing new people and situations before deciding they're safe.

Because of his sensitive nature, Sage is looking for a patient and understanding family that will let him move at his own pace. He thrives in calm, predictable environments and needs adopters who understand that confidence can't be rushed. It grows through trust, consistency, and kindness.

A confident, social resident dog is required for Sage. Having a canine companion helps him feel secure, teaches him that the world isn't so scary, and encourages him to be brave. He looks to other dogs for guidance and gains confidence from their example every day.

Once Sage feels comfortable, his sweet personality begins to shine. He is affectionate, loyal, and deeply devoted to the people he trusts. Watching him overcome his fears and celebrate new experiences is incredibly rewarding, and the bond you build with him will be one that feels truly special.

The adoption fee of $350 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!
