DESCRIPTION
LUNA is a 2 year old German Shepherd (DOB 3/17/24) who came to us when her family had to give her up due to landlord issues. She appears to have been well loved and is taking all of the life changes in stride. Luna is very people friendly and doesn't seem to be fazed by the noise and activity level of a household with kids. She hopped right into the car to head to her foster home and has been settling in nicely. She is very food motivated, knows sit and crates quietly overnight. On leash, she is strong and will pull like an ox, so she’ll benefit from some continued training and guidance. Luna was not well socialized with other animals and is reactive toward other dogs on walks. She is overly interested in the cat and small animals in her foster home so we're recommending a home with no other pets. Luna has an appointment to be spayed 5/16 and will be available for adoption shortly after. To apply to adopt, submit an application at www.companimals.org. Adoption $350.
