Manny - German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in Honesdale, Pennsylvania

Manny is a handsome 8-month-old German Shepherd looking for a family to call his own! This sweet boy is currently a little nervous in the shelter, so we’re giving him some time to settle in and get comfortable. Manny arrived with Moose, but these boys will need to be adopted separately, giving Manny the chance to build confidence and become the best version of himself with his own family.
Manny is currently awaiting his behavioral evaluation, so we’re still learning more about his personality and how he does with dogs, cats, kids, and new experiences. We’ll update his profile as we learn more!
German Shepherds are intelligent, active working dogs who thrive when they have a job to do! Manny will need daily physical and mental enrichment, plenty of stimulation, and continued training to help him grow into a happy, well-rounded adult dog. Puppy classes and ongoing positive-reinforcement training are highly encouraged! Manny is still figuring things out, but we’re excited to watch this sweet young Shepherd come out of his shell!
