Apparently humans can run out of it.

This here is Lily. She isn't quite a year old, and her family has had her since she was a tiny puppy. But now they've decided they don't have “time” for her anymore.

Interesting.

I personally have never run out of time. I have time to eat. Time to nap. Time to supervise Madame Director. Time to make poor decisions. And somehow I STILL have time left over to judge people.

But whatever. Lily doesn't need us sitting around arguing about the past. She needs somebody who has time for her future.

Lily is a young shepherd mix who LOVES everyone she meets. Seriously. Look at that face. This girl has absolutely no idea she's been inconvenienced by humans. She's just out here wagging her tail and assuming everybody is her new best friend.

Now, about the cats. Lily is fine with them, but if a cat takes off running, Lily may chase it. Because apparently when something suddenly screams CHASE ME! and bolts across the room, a young dog sometimes accepts the invitation. Shocking development.

Lily is young, friendly, beautiful, and has her whole life ahead of her. What she needs now is someone who understands that dogs aren't something you make “time” for until life gets busy.

They're family.

So who has room in their life—and time that doesn't mysteriously expire—for Lily?
