Bodhi has a fantastic, balanced mixed energy level. He loves being active, exploring the outdoors, and putting his strong sniffing nose to work. However, once he's had his adventure for the day, he is more than happy to nap in the sun by your side.

He has that natural German Shepherd loyalty—he stays naturally alert and protective of his home and people, but in a very gentle, calm way. He keeps a watchful eye out for his family, offering a wonderful sense of security while remaining a sweet, grounded boy at heart.

Bodhi does wonderfully with other dogs! He has a great, non-reactive demeanor—even when other dogs bark at him, he stays completely calm. When introduced to friendly dogs, he loves to play. He hasn't officially been tested with cats or kids in his foster home yet, but because he is such a gentle sweetheart, he is expected to do well with a friendly introduction.
