Letty - German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania

Letty was found running for a bit and then had to be trapped to bring her into the shelter. She is around 6 years old and is a sweet girl! She loves getting treats and attention! She does know sit and is very food motivated to learn more! Letty is a barker with new people but has done well with meeting people who bribe her with treats! She is dog selective and may do best as the only dog in the home. Letty did show interest in the cats here at the shelter but was able to be directed away from them, it is recommended that slow supervised introductions are done with any resident cats in the home and that there is a place the cat can go that Letty cannot. Letty did test positive for Lyme but has since received treatment for it and is doing well. Letty must meet all family members that reside in the home. She has been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, Heartworm/Lyme tested, and microchipped since her arrival at the shelter.
