Waylon Jennings arrived at the shelter with his siblings as a stray. When he arrived, he had an ulcer on his eye, this has since healed, however he will always have a scar on his eye. This does affect his vision, but it certainly does not slow him down! He would love to find his forever home soon! He has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, FIV/Felv tested, and microchipped since his arrival at the shelter.
