Meet Thorne!

Once upon a time, on the side of a lonely road, a litter of puppies was discovered in a very unfortunate predicament. Dirty, hungry, flea-covered, and abandoned, they had clearly been through more adventure than any puppy should. Among them was little Thorne, the bravest and scrappiest of the bunch.

At just 13-14 weeks old, this handsome German Shepherd mix has already been through so much in his short life. Despite having the roughest start, Thorne's gentle spirit shines brighter every day.

When you first meet him, Thorne may be a little shy. He likes to make sure you're one of the good humans before handing over his heart. But once you've earned his trust, you'll discover a devoted little shadow who wants nothing more than to follow his favorite people wherever they go. His foster mom is currently the center of his universe, and he's convinced that every room is better when she's in it.

Thorne is playful, affectionate, and wonderfully smart. He's already learning all the important puppy skills like walking nicely on a leash, housebreaking, and crate training. He's the kind of pup who pays attention, tries his best, and seems genuinely proud of himself when he gets things right.

One thing Thorne loves most is the company of other dogs. They help him build confidence, learn good manners, and remind him that the world isn't such a scary place after all. Because of this, he'd thrive in a home with another friendly canine companion who can continue showing him the ropes.

Thorne has already been dewormed, microchipped, started on monthly prevention, received his first two rounds of vaccines and is on the schedule to be neutered in July.

After everything he's endured, Thorne is ready for the next chapter of his story: a forever home filled with love, patience, belly rubs, and plenty of adventures. Could you be the hero this little knight has been waiting for?
