DESCRIPTION

Looking for a gentle giant to keep your rug warm and your heart full? Titan is a soft as a cloud loyal companion who is ready to go from "shy guy" to your "best guy."

If you’re looking for a dog that doubles as a weighted blanket, meet Titan! This big, fluffy marshmallow is the definition of a gentle soul who has discovered that life indoors is actually pretty great. Once he knows you're his person, he’ll greet you with his signature "Titan Two Step” and adorable happy dance where he stands on his back legs just to say, "Hello! I missed you! Is it snack time?" He is incredibly soft, impossibly sweet, and ready to be the quiet hero of your household.

Watch his video, you have to see Titan’s journey from a quiet shadow to a dancing soul his 'hello' dance is something you have to see to believe!

Titan is a gorgeous German Shepherd mix, tipping the scales at a sturdy 68 lbs. While we can never be 100% sure of a rescue’s family tree, he definitely got the majestic and fluffy genes. His coat is colored like a perfectly toasted marshmallow mostly snowy white with a beautiful saddle on top. And you can’t miss those magnificent, alert ears! They are always on a swivel, listening closely for the crinkle of a snack bag or the sound of someone saying "good boy," which is his cue to trot over for some well deserved head rubs. As with any rescue, his breed is a bit of a guessing game, but his status as a Big Dog with a Bigger Heart is 100% guaranteed!

He is thriving in a wonderful foster home where he has truly begun to bloom! He shares his space with other doggy roommates and has learned that a stable home is the best place to be. Living in a foster home has given him the confidence to show off his silly side, proving that with a little patience and a lot of love, he is a total happy go lucky guy.

When it comes to other dogs, He’s dog friendly and perfectly happy to peacefully coexist. He’s not the type to get into a wrestling match; he’d much rather be the parent on the field trip who watches everyone else play while he supervises from a sunny spot on the grass. He would be best paired with another low to medium energy dog who respects his "let’s just hang out" vibe.

As for cats, Titan is a bit of a mystery novelist—he hasn't written the chapter on felines yet! To give you a definitive answer on whether he’d like a kitty roommate, we can arrange a 'kitty sleepover' to see if he’s ready to share his chaperone duties (and the best spot on the sofa) with a cat friend.

Titan is a reminder that the most beautiful friendships are the ones built on a foundation of trust. While he might take a moment to observe from the sidelines at first, once you’ve earned a spot in his inner circle, you’re in for life and he’ll make sure to tell you exactly how much you’re loved with a happy dance every time you walk through the door. He’s ideal home is one that appreciates the beauty of the quiet moments. While he’d certainly love a yard to sunbathing in. his calm and settled nature means he could truly thrive in an apartment setting as well. He is a hang out dog through and through. The kind of companion who is happiest just being in the same room as you. Whether you’re binging a new show on the couch or busy working from home, Titan is content to be your soft, toasted marshmallow shadow, making sure you never have to enjoy a peaceful afternoon alone.

In short, Titan is a resilient, gentle, and incredibly soft boy who just needs a patient hand to lead the way. He’s traded his "street life" for the "sweet life," and all he’s missing now is a forever family to dance for.
