MEET SASSY — DON'T LET THE NAME FOOL YOU!

Sassy might have a sassy name, but this little girl is actually the cuddler of the bunch.

At 8 weeks old and just 3.4 lbs, Sassy is tiny, sweet, playful, and happiest when she can snuggle up with her people. She's the kind of puppy who will happily climb into your lap and remind you that puppy cuddles are pretty much the best thing on earth.

Her mama is an 18 lb Terrier mix. Dad is unknown, although we suspect he may have been a Lab. We didn't see him, so we can't guarantee his breed or their eventual size. Sassy also has half-siblings who are full grown in the mid-20 lb range. Based on her current age, weight, and family history, we anticipate she will grow into a small-to-medium-sized dog, but that's an estimate—not a promise!

And because she's an actual baby, Sassy is not potty trained or leash trained yet. Her forever family will need to teach her the ropes, provide structure and patience, and help her learn how to be a good dog.

Sassy has finished her age-appropriate vaccines and deworming and is out of health hold and ready for her individual forever home!

If you're looking for a cuddly little sidekick with a name that doesn't quite match her personality, Sassy would like to meet you.

All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccines, deworming, heartworm testing and treatment if necessary, current flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipping prior to adoption.

The Labrador Retriever is a popular and versatile dog breed known for its friendly demeanor and high intelligence. These dogs are often used as guide dogs for the visually impaired, search and rescue dogs, and excellent family pets. Labradors are known for their great sense of smell, strong build, and love of water, making them exceptional hunters and swimmers. With their loyal and loving nature, Labradors have rightfully earned their reputation as one of the most beloved dog breeds in the world.
