Kona is pure sunshine wrapped in fur and a little bit of happy chaos. A 4 year old spayed female Flat-Coated Retriever and Australian Shepherd Mix, she brings that perfect blend of goofy charm, smarts, and big-hearted energy everywhere she goes.

She came in as an owner surrender alongside her buddy Milo due to a family health situation—but through it all, Kona has stayed her joyful, tail-wagging self. She’s the kind of dog who doesn’t dwell on the past… she’s too busy leaning into the next good thing.

Playful, social, and full of bounce, Kona lights up when she’s moving, exploring, or just being part of the action. She’s affectionate without being shy about it—she knows people are her favorite thing.

Part athlete, part goofball, all love.

We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications.
