A 10 month old neutered male Poodle Mix with a quiet strength and a heart that’s learning to trust again.

Leo’s story began in a heartbreaking way—he was found by animal control in Hawthorne after being dragged by a car. Despite what he has endured, he is gentle, observant, and slowly revealing a soft, tender spirit underneath his cautious exterior.

As he begins to feel safe, Leo shows just how loving he truly is—he becomes playful, curious, and adores cuddling close with his people. He’s already learned to walk like a pro on leash, and his sweet, playful spirit is just starting to shine through as his confidence grows.

At just 10 months old, Leo is a young soul with a powerful journey ahead, ready for a home that will move gently with him and let him blossom into the dog he’s meant to be.

We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications.
