Hunter is a handsome English Shepherd who found himself at DHS after discovering that farm life--and especially sharing his space with poultry--wasn't the right fit for him.

Hunter was raised with other dogs and plays well with canine friends. He has not been around cats, so a cat-free home may be the best fit for this sweet boy.

Hunter was crate-trained as a young puppy, although he has since spent most of his time living outdoors. He's ready for a family who will welcome him inside, include him in their daily life, and give him the companionship he craves.
