Sir Walter is the happiest guy who has tested well with other dogs. This stunning 10 year young senior is said to be visually impaired and possibly deaf as well. Walter still has a tail that goes a mile a minute and a zest for life. Walter will need to be neutered while in foster care but is heartworm negative. Walter is on limited time at the shelter, PLEASE HELP!
