Simien - English Bulldog Dog for Adoption in Zionsville, Indiana

Meet Simien! Simien is a 4-month-old, 22lbs male English Bulldog. Simien is a magnificently squishy faced little Bulldog potato. This sweet guy has a grade 3 of 4 luxating patella on both his knees. He is not showing lameness at this time. He is also a bit chonky, so keeping him a healthy weight and active would be best. Simien is also being treated for a mild case of kennel cough and doing well.

The adoption fee is $600. This includes the spay/neuter, microchip, wellness bloodwork, fecal flotation, deworming and all core vaccines through puppyhood (as long as you return to us for vaccines).

If you are interested in adopting Simien, please e-mail adoptions@thelovepetproject.org with "Simien" in the subject. Please also tell us about yourself and your household.

The English Bulldog is a distinctive and beloved breed known for its sturdy build, wrinkled face, and gentle temperament. Originating in England, these dogs are characterized by their muscular frame, powerful jaw, and unique pushed in nose. Despite their tough appearance, English Bulldogs are affectionate, loyal, and great with children, making them excellent family pets. Due to their brachycephalic nature, they may struggle with overheating and breathing issues, requiring attentive care and moderate exercise to keep them healthy and happy.
