Meet Toby!
Toby is a handsome boy who is learning that life can be pretty wonderful when you have people in your corner. After a rough start that landed him in the shelter, Toby is settling into his foster home and showing everyone just how sweet he really is.
He is a very, very nice dog.
Toby is incredibly people-focused and loves being near his humans. He is attentive, affectionate and already making it very clear when he thinks the petting session has gone on long enough. His preferred communication method is a gentle paw slap or headbutt to remind you that you were, in fact, doing a very good job.
He is curious about the world around him, enjoys car rides and is already showing off his good manners with a solid "sit." He may need some patience and guidance as he continues adjusting to his new life, but he is eager to learn and even more eager to be loved.
Toby is still getting settled and working through some medical care, but every day he is becoming a little more comfortable, a little more confident and a lot more convinced that being someone's spoiled bulldog sounds like a pretty great gig!
