DESCRIPTION
Meet Marcha! When Marcha originally arrived in 2025, with his siblings, they all turned heads. All the dalmatian puppies arrived in Rubbermaid tubs and stunned us all with their big hearts and beautiful looks. Marcha has now found his way back to Anti Cruelty after spending a little time in a home. His previous owner reported that Marcha was great with kids and also coexisted very well with the other 2 dogs in the home. Even though he's still a young guy, his owner reported he mastered potty training and crate training; what a well-mannered boy! Marcha would make a great fit for any home, take him home today!
Thinking about adding a friend to your family? This sweet guy is currently available for both adoption and foster and would love to meet you! Interesting in fostering? Email foster@anticruelty.org to let the foster team know! If you would like to meet Marcha and potentially adopt, stop by our Adoption Center at 510 N. LaSalle to meet them and all of their friends. We offer same-day adoptions, free parking, and our team will guide you through every step of the adoption or foster process. ABOUT: DALMATIAN DOG BREED
The Dalmatian is a distinctive breed known for its iconic black or liver spotted coat. This medium sized dog possesses a friendly and energetic temperament, making it an excellent family companion. Originally bred as carriage dogs, Dalmatians are athletic and require regular exercise to maintain their physical and mental well being. With its unique appearance and loyal nature, the Dalmatian is a popular choice for those seeking an active and devoted canine companion.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
