Meet Polly, a 3-year-old Long-Haired Dachshund weighing about 11 pounds. This beautiful little girl is as sweet as they come and is ready to find a forever family to spoil her the way she deserves.

Polly's favorite place in the world is her person's lap. She's a champion cuddler who loves handing out kisses and happily melts into a good belly rub. When she's not soaking up affection, you'll often find her playing with her favorite toys.

Polly does well with cats and seems like she'll happily coexist with other dogs. Like many little dogs, she'll bark to announce new people or dogs at first, but that's just part of her tiny watchdog duties. With her easygoing personality, we think she'll adapt well to just about any home that's ready to give her plenty of love and attention.

If you're looking for a loyal little companion who will happily fill your days with snuggles, kisses, and unconditional love, Polly is ready to claim a permanent spot in your lap. Her minimum adoption fee is $400 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. Once approved, your processor may requiest a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold her until she's ready to go home early August.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
