Thea is a sweet, easy-going girl who is looking to spend her golden years somewhere she can soak up some love and sun.

She came to us when her owners health declined and she found herself in a local shelter.

Her favorite things include a cozy place for naps, short walks, and spending time lounging outside. Thea has lost some of her hearing but that doesn't seem to phase her. She loves sitting in bed, on the couch, or outdoors on a covered patio, relaxing her day away.

She gets very excited when she sees a leash and enjoys short walks but theyre at a slow pace since she seems to have some arthritis. She is a little timid but likes exploring outside and has always been sweet when meeting people. She has done very well with the resident dog and the kids in her foster home.

Thea is doing well with potty training when brought outside a few times a day.

She has some skin irritation that we are working to clear up.
If you're looking for a calm, sweet, senior dog to relax on the porch with in summer and cuddle under a blanket with in winter, Thea is your girl!
