Frankie proves that good things come in big packages. He was a bit too strong and enthusiastic for his last home, so hes looking for an owner who can confidently handle his solid, muscular build. This handsome boy is a professional attention hog. If you stop petting him for even a second, youll immediately get the famous hound nudge or a paw-tap reminder that your hand belongs to him. He is a world-class cuddler who always wants to be right by your side.

Because Frankie came from a hoarding situation in the past, he is completely done with sharing his humans. He is ready to be spoiled as the solo king of his castle, so he needs a home with no other resident dogs. However, he is still a total social butterfly who plays beautifully with other pups at daycare, on walks, or during playdates!

This adult gentleman is already fully house-trained, so you can skip the messy puppy phases. True to his Dachshund roots, he is an expert blanket connoisseur who must be allowed to burrow completely under the covers with you at bedtime. He is also highly food-motivated and incredibly eager to learn new tricks for a tasty treat. When it's time for an adventure, Frankie is road-trip ready; he is an excellent car rider who will happily curl up and snooze in the backseat as long as he has a cozy blanket to snuggle into.
