Dachshund Dogs Available for Adoption in Chattanooga, Tennessee

Greta is the definition of a little shadow dog. This sweet dachshund mix puppy loves being close to her people and would happily spend all day curled up in your arms or tucked beside you on the couch. At just 3–4 months old, she’s still learning that the world is a safe place, so she can be a bit shy when meeting new people or adjusting to new environments.

Since Greta was only recently surrendered, her foster is still getting to know her personality, but one thing is already very clear: this girl craves love and comfort more than anything. As she continues to settle in and build confidence, we expect her sweet, affectionate personality to shine more and more each day. Greta would do best in a patient, gentle home that will give her the time and reassurance she needs to blossom into the happy little companion she’s meant to be.

Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and available for transport to a number of locations within the continental United States.
