Sandy is a sweet little girl with a gentle heart who prefers to take her time getting comfortable in new situations. While she can be shy at first, there's a playful kitten waiting just beneath the surface.

One of Sandy's favorite things in the world is wrestling with her siblings and chasing toy mice. Once she feels safe and settled, her playful personality shines through, and she happily joins in on all the fun.

Because she is a more reserved kitten, Sandy will thrive with a patient family willing to let her build confidence at her own pace. She would also greatly benefit from having a feline companion, as she takes comfort in the company of other cats and enjoys having a playmate by her side.

Sandy may not be the first kitten to run up and demand attention, but for the person willing to give her a little time, she will be an incredibly rewarding companion. Watching a shy kitten learn to trust and blossom into her true self is one of the most special experiences, and Sandy is ready for that chance.

Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and available for transport to a number of locations within the continental United States.
