This sweet little lady was saved from a hoarding situation along with her brother Bruno. She is slowly learning how to trust new people, but once she knows she is safe with you she is all love & cuddles! We're looking for a patient family to show Norma that the world isn't so scary. She'll need help learning the housetraining ropes, but she is good with other small dogs.
