Meet Luna!
Luna is a 2 year old female Dachshund mix weighing around 10 pounds, and she truly has one of the sweetest temperaments you could ever ask for. With her short little legs, long body, and loving personality, this adorable girl is impossible not to fall in love with.
Luna is incredibly friendly, outgoing, and affectionate. Once she bonds with her people, she becomes your little shadow and wants to be wherever you are. She absolutely loves attention, being held, going for car rides, and simply spending time with her humans. She can be a little needy in the sweetest way possible — she just has so much love to give and wants to be included in every part of your day.
Despite loving attention, Luna is also a very easygoing and well-mannered girl. She does wonderfully with house training and is great about going potty outside, though she will also use potty pads if they are available. She has excellent routines and is overall a very easy dog to have around the house.
One of Luna’s cutest habits is putting herself to bed at night. Simply tell her “crate up,” and she happily walks right into her crate on her own to sleep for the night. While we’re sure she would happily snuggle in bed with her people if allowed, she does excellent sleeping in her crate in her foster home.
Luna has been amazing with all the other dogs in her foster home, both big and small. She coexists beautifully and has such a gentle, easy personality.
She also loves sunbathing and soaking up cozy moments whenever she can.
Luna is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and will come with a health certificate prior to adoption.
This sweet little low-rider is ready to find a forever family who will adore her as much as she’ll adore them.
