What we know: Litter of 3 males transferred from Rebel All Breed Animal Rescue in NM. Transferred at approximately 3 months old.

From the foster: Meet Teddy! A wonderful and sweet dachshund mix, Teddy will melt your heart. Teddy has the most adorable face and personality to go with it. Teddy came with his two brothers and he is the leader of the group, although at times he can be a little slow to warm up. Teddy likes to be heard and will voice when he hears things or needs something. He barks more than his brothers and likes to slowly warm up to other big dogs since he is so small. He is very food motivated, so training should be easier. He plays well with other dogs and kids, but since he is still a puppy and teething, young children should be closely monitored. Teddy sleeps well in his crate during nap time and at night and likes to explore outside. He is still learning to use the pee pad but with frequent use of outdoors, he is learning to go outside more often. Teddy adores being held in your lap and soaks up the attention. He is learning "down" and "off", has been on walks outside, and can go upstairs but still learning how to go back down. He will steal your heart and will be a wonderful addition to your home.
