Jorge - Corgi Dog for Adoption in Cincinnati, Ohio

Meet Jorge!

Jorge came to us after being surrendered from a breeding situation, where he was reportedly used as a breeding dog despite still being so young himself. His breeding days are officially behind him, and he’s ready to focus on what really matters: toys, playtime, belly rubs, and finding a family of his own.

This handsome Corgi is everything you’d hope for in a young dog. Jorge is sweet, friendly, playful, and full of life. We’re told he does well with other dogs and enjoys canine companionship, making him a great candidate for a home with a playful pup friend.

Jorge is still a young guy with plenty of energy and curiosity, so he’d love a family that can keep him active and involved in the fun. Whether it’s neighborhood walks, adventures around town, or simply zooming around the backyard, Jorge is ready for it all.

Visit STAF.org for more information on our adoption process. *** Email adoptadog@STAF.org for next steps! ***

Adoption through STAF includes full vetting of the dogs, including a spay/neuter at 6 months (female)/9month (male) maximum.

We do not do same-day adoptions. You will be asked to return for at least one follow-up visit, then take the dog home for a trial period before officially adopting.
You must be 21 years or older to adopt from STAF.
Due in part to increasing coyote activity/incidents in the area and the difficulty of predicting how a dog will respond to invisible fence training, we can not adopt to homes with invisible fences.
We do request vet and personal references.
We can facilitate adoptions within a 30-mile radius of our Cincinnati-based shelter
