Sorbet is a darling little girl with beautiful and unique brown tabby stripes and markings! Sorbet, her siblings, and their mama were rescued after being found living on scraps behind a restaurant.
Thankfully, this family was welcomed into a loving foster home, where they were able to enjoy plenty of nutritious food, lots of care, and the safe, happy beginnings they deserved. Sorbet is a very sweet and playful girl who especially loves string toys and having fun with her kitten friends. She can be a little dramatic sometimes when playtime gets especially exciting, after all, every good kitten needs a little flair! She absolutely loves her siblings and enjoys attention from her people once she feels comfortable with them. If Sorbet knows you, she may even come running when you call her. Her foster family affectionately nicknamed her “Sorbebe,” and she seems to know that name quite well.
Sorbet will tolerate being picked up, although she isn't quite a fan of being held for too long and will eventually get a little squirmy. The good news is that she's getting better about it, and she's learning that being handled by her humans can be a nice thing. Like many kittens, she is still discovering the world and building her confidence, but her sweet personality shines through more and more every day.
And then there’s Sorbet’s most adorable feature: the best elevator butt! When she gets excited, curious, or ready for some attention, that little bottom goes straight up like a tiny elevator. It’s just one of the many things that makes this girl so irresistibly cute.
Sorbet is now spending time in our Kittengarten where she is waiting patiently for her turn to be chosen. With her beautiful tabby markings, playful spirit, sweet nature, and all those perfectly blended ingredients, don't wait too long or she will melt someone else's heart!
