Meet Cagney

Cagney, one of the lively pups from the "Detective Litter," is a 3 month old ball of energy, confidence, and charm! This playful girl knows exactly what she wants-and usually, it's to be the center of attention.

Full of personality, Cagney loves to play with toys, romp around with other dogs, and keep the fun going all day long. She does great with canine companions but definitely has a "boss lady" streak-she likes to be in charge and would do best with dogs who are comfortable with her confident, playful nature. She hasn't been around cats yet, so slow introductions would be important.

Cagney comes from a unique mix of corgi, dachshund, chihuahua, and terrier, and is expected to grow into a medium-sized dog around 25-35 pounds. She's currently working on crate training and, like many puppies her age, is still learning her manners-this includes being a bit "puppy bitey." Because of this, she would do best in a home with children over 10 who can help guide her with consistent, positive training.

She and her siblings experienced some sensitivity to spring pollen early on, but she's now doing great with the right care. To keep her happy and healthy, we recommend she continue on a salmon-based sensitive skin and stomach food.

When the playtime winds down (even if it takes a while!), Cagney is more than happy to soak up all the cuddles she can get. She's affectionate, fun, and full of life-always ready to make you laugh and keep things interesting.
