Meet Zara!

Zara is a 4-year-old Coonhound with the sweetest soul and a heart that's pure gold. This amazing girl first came to us two years ago with her puppies, and from the very beginning, she proved to be the best mom ever. She was gentle, patient, and devoted, always making sure her little ones were cared for before herself. Now that her pups have long since found their own families, it's finally Zara's turn to be the one loved and spoiled.

Zara is a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys having playmates to romp around with. She's also great with kids and has a calm, loving nature that makes her a wonderful family companion. While she's not the best fit for homes with cats (she's a hound at heart, after all), she more than makes up for it with her affectionate personality and eager-to-please attitude.

She loves walks, treats, and being part of the action, whether it's exploring outside or curling up next to you for a quiet moment. Zara has been through so much and still manages to greet every day with a wagging tail and an open heart.
