Meet Piper, a 36 pound, 7 month old female border collie/retriever mix.
When we think of rescue dogs, they are normally a work in progress in one or more areas. Piper, on the other hand, should be about as much of a turn key dog as you could ever want.
As she had a foster before arriving in Milwaukee, she knows her name, how to sit, stay, walk on a leash & even knows how to enjoy relaxing on your furniture 🤷‍♂️!
Although she's very new with Rescue Gang, we've seen that she gets along great with other dogs & is now fostered with four larger dogs. We don't know about kids yet, but all indications from her gentle disposition indicates that she'd be great with them.
