Our veterinary partner estimated that Penny was six months old at the time of her rescue in April 2026. Penny is good with people and other dogs. Penny came into our care when she was posted on Facebook for free when we stepped in to keep her out of danger. If you think you would be a good home for Penny, please apply online to adopt Penny (TX) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org. Penny's adoption fee is $1,000.Please also be sure to reference her name as Penny (TX) in case of duplicate names within the rescue. Thank you!RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue. All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption. Given technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here. We can, however, provide transport support for pets in foster at a considerable distance from the adopter.
