Little Bear - Cocker Spaniel Dog for Adoption in Brunswick, Ohio

Little Bear took himself for a stroll when someone accidentally left the door open and he got lost. A good Samaritan picked him up and dropped him off at the shelter. His family was able to locate him and said they were coming to bring him home, but they never did. Never heard from them since :/ Poor Bear. He is so confused. He wants to go home but does not understand why his family did not come for him. Bear is an affectionate guy. He likes to stay by your side. Getting pets makes him so happy. He sometimes nudges your hand for pets. He is a pretty chill guy for the most part unless he is trying to communicate something to you. He whines and talks up a storm. We think he wants to go home. Little Bear loves his walks. He pulls on the leash at the beginning of the walk but calms down as the walk progresses. If he keeps pulling, he is looking for a place to do his business :) After that, he loves to roll on grass. He doesn’t care if he gets grass stuck to his luscious coat. He enjoys being brushed but is still getting used to having his face tidied. Bear is wonderful with dogs. He is tolerant of the hyper, unruly ones. They can climb. jump on his back or grab his ears and he doesn’t care. He just stands there and takes it :/

Little Bear is 8 years old, 32lb Cocker Spaniel. He is looking for a family he can be hang and chill with all day. Throw in walks and cuddles on the couch and you are golden with him.
