Cocker Spaniel Dogs Available for Adoption in Austin, Texas

Adorable & adoptable: Pastel. Sweet Pastel is a "diamond in the ruff" --he's an affectionate boy who just hasn't had the chance to shine yet. We don't know much about his "before" but he didn't come from a good situation and arrived in rescue painfully matted and unsure of the world. Because of that, he can be a little timid at times--but underneath it all, he's incredibly loving and just wants to feel safe and cherished. With love, structure, and patience, he's going to grow into an incredibly loyal, devoted companion. Already he's a total cuddlebug who LOVES to give kisses and gives a little tappy feet dance when he's happy to see you. He soaks up attention and is a classic Velcro boy--he loves to just be with you. He seems to love people of all sizes (just learning not to jump up on them when he's excited). He's been doing really well with his housetraining too! This darling guy is young so he has lots of time to learn all the good stuff. He would love a patient loving home who would be committed to some positive reinforcement training, helping him with his leash manners and helping build his confidence. He's already making such great progress--he's definitely gonna shine bright.
