Meet Simba, a 3–4-month-old, 9-lb little boy who is equal parts playful, lovable, and ridiculously sweet.

Simba was found on a mountain road in Puerto Rico with his mom and siblings, including his sister Annie. Instead of growing up somewhere safe, this little family was left trying to survive together on the side of the road. Thankfully, they were found and brought to safety.

Simba is everything you could want in a puppy — happy, affectionate, playful, and full of love. He loves playing with his siblings and other dogs, but he’s just as happy soaking up attention from his humans. He’s an easy little guy to fall in love with.

Simba is in a foster home in Connecticut and is available for adoption throughout the surrounding Northeast. Transport to surrounding cities and states can be arranged for the right home.

Simba's mountain-road days are officially behind him. Now this sweet little boy is ready for toys, cuddles, adventures, and a family to grow up with.
