Meet Lil Baby! This little guy is pure happiness wrapped up in 20 pounds. He's goofy, playful, hilarious, and absolutely loves people. His favorite place is in your arms, and when he wants your attention, he does the cutest little "swimming" motion with his tiny legs until you pick him up or play with him. It's impossible not to smile around him! We can't believe this fun-sized sweetheart ended up in a Houston, high kill shelter! And because of his fear, he was passed by, over and over again. So much so, that it landed him on the euthanasia list. We couldn't let that happen.

Lil Baby was so happy to get out of that place, that he demonstrated his arm dance on his ride to his new foster's home. He's the perfect mix of cuddly, silly, and affectionate—the kind of dog that brightens everyone's day. If your rescue is looking for a small dog with a giant personality, Lil Baby is your boy.
