DESCRIPTION
You might be thinking, with a name like Banana Mania, this sweet senior chi would be an outgoing, in your face kind of pup. You might be surprised to find that she's a bit shy, a little reserved, and she likes some alone time to decompress. Why the exciting name, you may ask? Do you know how, if you're making a smoothie, if you add a banana, even if there's 20 other fruits and vegetables, it's now a banana smoothie? That's how Banana Mania inserts herself into your life, from a cozy dog bed on the floor, to a dashing harness hung on the hook, and the magnificent mutt herself nestled snugly in your lap. Before you know it, you've succumbed to Banana Mania!
Here's some notes from her foster:
Banana Mania is a pup that one can't help grow fonder of as she blossoms in a home. She's initially a nervous little girl, so we gave her plenty of space and had her engage with us when she wanted to help build trust. After a week of getting used to our routine, she is ready to be a life long companion!
She started off going to the bathroom exclusively on pee pads and now goes outdoors and on pee pads. We also did shorter walks to start and she does the adorable thing of keeping an eye on you just to make sure she's still with her human. Once she gains your trust, she's a little homebody that loves snuggles!!
