DESCRIPTION
Romeo came to us with his sister, Juliet. he is a 4 year old 5 pound Chihuahua. While he spent his life with Juliet, he gets along well with other dogs at the rescue. Being a tiny 5 pounds, he likes to spend the majority of his time in a human's lap. He is learning to walk on a leash but he is more suited to be a lap dog. He is very affectionate and loves his cuddles. He doesn't bark excessively so he's a pretty quiet guy. He has a medium energy level but would be perfectly happy napping next to you on a couch. If you're looking for a cuddle buddy, look to Romeo.
The nature of rescuing animals doesn’t allow us to always know if an animal is fully housebroken. All of our dogs are kept safe in kennels and it’s not easy to fully confirm if they are housebroken. But they are all kennel trained and can be housebroken very quickly.
If an animal is posted, they are VERY likely available. Please fill out an adoption application to get the best chance at being considered rather than contacting directly.
If you are interested in adopting & think you can provide a great home for this pet, please complete an online application so that we can better assess if this pet is a good match for you & your family. Once that is complete & we've approved your application, we can set up a time for you to meet your potential companion for life!!
