Coco Ambrosia - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Ramona, California

After being picked up by an animal control officer and surrendered by her owner, sweet Coco Ambrosia arrived at Harbor Shelter in need of long-overdue care. The shelter staff began addressing her needs, while volunteers and the rescue coordinator advocated for her safe exit. They even shared a heartwarming video of Coco sitting in a volunteer's lap, happily enjoying gentle pets. Despite everything she had been through, this senior girl showed just how much she appreciates a little kindness.

We were thankful to welcome Coco as a Frosted Face on October 21st. At 15 years old and weighing 14 pounds, this sweet little lady deserves a loving home where she will be a cherished family member for the rest of her life.

As Coco settles in, we look forward to learning more about her and will share updates along the way. Could you be the special someone to give Coco the love she deserves?
