Lucy - Chihuahua and Jack Russell Terrier Dog for Adoption in Puyallup, Washington

Meet Lucy, an approximately 5-month-old mix with the sweetest scruffy face. She currently weighs about 11 pounds, and we expect her to be around 15–20 pounds full grown.

Lucy came to us with her brother, Linus, from a home with children. She has been wonderful with dogs of all ages and sizes and has proven to be an exceptionally easygoing little puppy. Her tousled, wiry coat may give her the look of a feisty little terrier, but her personality is quite the opposite—Lucy is quiet, gentle, and happy to go with the flow.

She's also off to an excellent start with her training. Lucy does well in a crate and is nearly potty trained. Lucy and Linus get along beautifully, but they do not need to be adopted together. Lucy would be just as happy joining a family of her own, whether that means having canine siblings or getting all the attention herself.

Interested in adopting? You can inquire through Petfinder, but our replies sometimes get routed to spam. For the most reliable response, email us directly at pugetsoundrescue@hotmail.com and include Lucy's name.
