Walter - Pomeranian and Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Puyallup, Washington

Walter is a 17-week-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix (34 Pomeranian, 14 Chihuahua) with an exceptionally sweet, easygoing personality.

Walter has been raised around children and other dogs and does wonderfully with both. He’s affectionate, attentive, and remarkably calm for a puppy his age. He’s also not particularly vocal—a nice surprise for a little Pom mix!

Walter is already doing great with house training and crate training. He sleeps comfortably in his crate overnight and has been doing an excellent job with his potty routine.

He’s a smart, gentle little guy who enjoys being with his people but doesn’t need to be the center of attention. Walter has been one of the easiest puppies we’ve had in a while and should make a wonderful companion for a wide variety of homes.

Walter is still a puppy, so his new family should be prepared to continue his training and socialization as he grows. He’s already off to a fantastic start and is ready to find his forever family.

The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Pomeranians require regular grooming to maintain their luxurious double coat, which can come in various colors. Despite their small size, they are lively and confident, often displaying a curious nature and playful demeanor that endears them to their owners.
