Meet Ophelia of Odette's litter! Mom and puppies will arrive in CT on 10/3. Ophelia will be available for adoption at 8 weeks old (DOB 8/24/26). We expect her to be a small breed mix when grown. Her mom is about 11 lbs. We are accepting applications for Ophelia now!

These puppies are typical happy, playful puppies that would love to play and snuggle with you! Odette, their mom was brought into the rescue as a pregnant stray in TN.

Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs. We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted. As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save.
