Taco may be a little nervous right now, but who could blame him? His whole world has changed in just a few days. Now that he's safe with Salty Dog Rescue, he's getting the chance to decompress and discover what it feels like to be loved.

This handsome little Chihuahua mix is the perfect size for apartment, condo, or townhome living. He's looking for a patient family that will let him settle in at his own pace and show him that life doesn't have to be scary.

Taco found himself on the euthanasia list after an incident involving chickens, so he'll need a home without chickens or other poultry. Other than that, he's simply a sweet little dog who deserves a second chance at a happy life.

Taco will be neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations before going home. Once he has a little time to relax and build confidence, we think his wonderful personality will really begin to shine.
