Meet Sox

At just 4 pounds, Sox is a tiny little gentleman with a big heart and an even bigger love for cozy living. This 8-year-old Chihuahua may be small in size, but his sweet personality and gentle nature make a lasting impression.

Sox came into rescue as an owner surrender when his family was moving and couldn’t take him along. While that kind of change can be hard, Sox has handled it like a champ and is ready to settle into a forever home where he can truly relax and be loved.

He does well with other dogs, but truthfully, Sox is just as happy entertaining himself with his beloved stuffies or spending time with his person. He’s a professional lap sitter, a blanket burrower, and a champion cuddler. If there’s a soft spot blanket nearby, Sox will find it.

Sox is wonderfully social and happy to welcome new people into his home. In fact, if you come bearing a treat, you’ll be fast-tracked to best friend status in no time.
Sox would enjoy a fenced yard but also walks nicely on a leash for his daily outings. Because of his very tiny size, he will need a home without dogs over 15 pounds to keep him safe.

Sox is housetrained, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested and microchipped. He also just had a dental done.
